We apply rules related to guarantee, returns, changes and refund in accordance with 15/1/96 Law, Nº 7/1996:
1. We will not accept returns that are not in their original packing and in good state.
2. In cases of defective products subject to the possibility of ilegal duplicate we will only admit changing it for a similar product.
To return an article, according to the conditions shown in the above section 'satisfaction guarantee', the following steps must be taken:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
asking for the product replacement or refund. In the email, please indicate the order number, the name of the customer and the articles that you wish to change or return.
2. The customer will receive and email with instructions to return the articles.
After receiving the packet in our warehouse and confirmed the state of the articles:
- In case of replacement, we will deliver a new packet with the desired articles.
- In case of refund, we will pay the corresponding amount to the customer´s credit card account
The return shipping expenses will be assumed by the customer. We will only accept parcels sent with pre-paid shipping charges; we will not accept CODs. We recommend that the shipping is done by registered mail or courier.
